If you have forgotten your Password, please go to "Member Info". Key in your Member ID and email address to request for change of password. The option to change your password will be sent to your email.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of orders will not be entertained once the order is confirmed and submitted. It is important to check through orders at the "Final Purchase Summary" before making your payment.

We can make your payment by
i) CASH - Drop by Tanglin Shopping Centre (beside Orchard Parade Hotel) #05-18.
ii) CHEQUE
You can write a CHEQUE to “Birth & Beyond Group Pte Ltd”.
iii) Online payment by PAYPAL, which accept credit card (Mastercard and VISA).
Please ensure accuracy in billings as all transactions are automatically processed.

Goods and Services Tax

We absorb 7% GST, thus all prices are NETT price.

Receipt

You may wish to print a receipt upon completion of your transaction.

Delivery Time

Delivery will be made within 3 working days upon receiving your order. If you do not receive your items by the 4th day, please email us at shop@birthandbeyond.com.sg immediately.
Any changes in delivery time and address may be made at least 1 working day before the scheduled delivery to shop@birthandbeyond.com.sg.

Delivery Charges

There will be a delivery charge for the items purchased.
i) TOWN To Town $15
ii) OUTSIDE TOWN $25

Overseas Delivery

Overseas delivery will be charged according to prevailing shipment rates.

Defective items

If you received items that are defective, report the defect(s) to our customer service at shop@birthandbeyond.com.sg immediately.

Insurance Coverage

There will be no insurance coverage as clients will deliver the goods themselves.

Refund Policy Birth & Beyond have a no-cancellation order policy. We will refund the amount paid if client cancels the order due to unavailability of goods.
